But with DISC & MBTI you cann't mess with the 4 factors, they are absolute givens.... At least with 14 personality styles ( or Dave Kelly's 16 ) you get very large number of possible combinations.
As for neuroticism, who's definations get used? Are the definations good for every time & place, and for all time? Definations & profiles are useful tools ( Thus speakes the 3W4 ! ) Rich
