Not having the Conscientious Style, or other work oriented styles, this person depends on charm & personality to get by problems! Charlie is right in that he seems to posses the Aggressive Style, making a 3W2/ENTJ. People working for him would find him very demanding, not a people person, and intent on getting things done his way! ( When something goes wrong, underlings get stuck with the blame.... )
> So what makes this person such a natural leader, as the ENTJ description suggests, if not for knowing how to work with and influence people. Or do you think I am wrongly concluding that someone who isn't a people person wouldn't know how to organize, motivate, and lead people? I mean, have most of the world's great charismatic leaders been people persons? What I am thinking is that you are referring to "people persons" in the peacemaker sense, and that Jan's type here is more of a people person in the sense that people want to follow him? Let me know.
I was thinking of the ENTJ as Keirsey profiles it.... Keirsey calls the ENTJ, " The Commandant ". Keirsey spefically says that the ENTJ doesn't consider other peeople's feelings! This is the steamroller boss, he just crushes any opposition. With this type, his workers want to avoid his wrath, not gain his approval.... This type could never be charismatic, they don't see any reason to make the effort to win people over.... At least, that's how I see this type! Rich
