Remember that every person has 3 main styles, that form the majority of thier personality.... So, in real life we have to match the total personality of individual against that of another person's styles. and, as an historian, I would remind you that there are plenty of external factors like social position, education, skills, etc, etc. You can see that this is a very complex problem; sometimes a certain combination of styles could lead to the top, but in other circumstances would stop a person's rise....
