According to Palmer, a 4W3 turns to activity to avoid depresion, sorrow. Its about avoiding bad feelings....
Acccording to Riso, a 3W4 is a task oriented 3, who wants to be seen as successful, productive & talented ( 3s use work to affirm themsleves.... ) Rich
