Most of my life I met new people, strangers, and superiors in the Sensitve Style- with polite reserve. When we were first married, my wife said that I always looked down. On our recent 8 day tour, my wife mentioned to me, how social and extraverted I was with strangers, and how easily I mixed ( Alot less Sensitive, and more Inventive? )

It might well be an unused MBTI function, but I was bombarded by intuitive flashes around the age of puberty. They have greatly decreased as I have become a hyper-active Type-A! The Sensitive Style/avoidant, was the the most maladjusted style for me as a teen/young adult, making me shy & introverted.... ( Some see E 4 =INXJ ( X=T/F ) As a teen, I would rank myself Serious-Sensitive-Inventive; maturity has switched 2 & 3.... In MBTI terms as you say, less ISTJ, more ENXP ( X=T/F ). But I have had inuitive flashed for decades, due to? Rich 3W$/ISTJ
