I think that 2W1 makes the most sense for Diana, more Self-Sacrificing than Conscientious. A hard core 1W2, would likely have much more of Charles moral failings, in public protests! Plus Diana had the classic 2W1 conflict, the selfless service ( Self-Sacrificing ), vs the feelings & need for rewards & recognition for services rendered....
Charles is a cautionary tale. Being rich & famous allows him to be more maladaptive. If he were Charles's footman, he would be forced to adapt to the real world much more closely! Howard Hughes, showed the same lession, being rich enogh, you can live life aa a crackpot.... Rich
