I'm not a four but I do feel like adding my opinion about e-type and personality disorders. Millon's descriptions are a bit questionable at times but he does have some interesting insights the DSM certianly does not offer. I don't think you will find him on the web but I recommend Stephen Johnson, a practical psychologist who has written several books on personality styles/disorders.

Here are the strongest correlations I see based on (once again) development.

Type 1: Obsessive-Compulsive
Type 2: Histrionic
Type 3: Narcissistic
Type 4: Oral/Avoidant (Affective disorders: unipolar & bipolar are common)
Type 5: Schizoid/Schizotypical
Type 6: Masochistic (Social, not sexual)
Type 7: Antisocial
Type 8: Sadistic
Type 9: Symbiotic

I realize this isn't a DSM outline but, once again, the DSM is a polical document created to outline legal definitions and is not a theory to explain personality in general.
