practice I find that helps me get a grip on my indulgent:
focus on that feeling, don'nt rehearse it over and over in your mind, instead try your very best to get moving and express that feeling to yourself and others, use dance and rhymth, resist dramitizing the whole thing. I find I can dance almost anywhere, even if its only tapping my foot to some song I know. This always gets me away from envying others by seeing for myself I have lots going on. Your can sing, humm, etc with this practice. Its also a good way to keep your skills in shape.
