> Dreams are important. I am looking forward to when the weather gets warmer, and I get my car fixed. I will go out and explore the state I am living in now. I look forward to discovering the lakes, and rivers, and mountains, the Appalachians, this spring. I have lots ahead of me. I will go out on long drives this spring and search in the mountains, and look for my future summer retreat soon, a special place to get my vacation home. Either on a lake, or a river. Then I will buy a boat and bring my friends with me.

out in the hilly woods by the river I sit. my brook lazily winds by and i imagined my house with its high celings and large windows and endless deck surrounding it. the floors are pale yellow tile with burnt umber splashes everywhere. birch trees dropped their limbs of refresing leaves down touching and shading my head. some butterflies flutter by waving at me. i watch all this, contented, holding my hands like the wings of those butterflies. the sun sparkling its light through the trees and i sigh and blink.
just then a truck noise was heard somewhere out on the road snapping me away from my daydream. my wonderful spot by the river i'll visit again soon.
