The five factor model measures things differently.

Extraversion
Sociable versus misanthropic
Outgoing versus introverted
Confidence versus Timidness
Agreeableness
Friendliness versus indifference to others
A docile versus hostile nature
Compliance versus hostile noncompliance
Conscientiousness
Most ambiguous factor
Seen as Educational achievement or as
Will or volition
Neuroticism
Adjustment versus anxiety
Level of Emotional stability
Dependence vs. independence
Openness
Reflection of an inquiring intellect
Flexibility versus conformity
Rebelliousness versus Subduedness

Unlike Jung/MBTI, Five Factors do not force you into E/I. It is more a measure of you against average. For example, I am an ENFP, but I measure average on the Five Factor Extraversion scale. I could see Conscientiousness as at least somewhat correlating with P/J. Openness probably correlated with Intuition (and P/J perhaps). Neuroticism seems independant, but I would bet NFs would tend to be higher on this than most. Agreeableness is like T/F.
