i have social anxiety. i'm a social four (isn't that ironic) it's the flipping of the social variant.
i get that embarassment as well. i experience depression too, sort of like a dysthymia?

I struggle with these - I think my feeling of "otherness" have translated into a feeling of unworthiness and an embarrassment of what I lack when it comes to work and education settings. I was always the one who listened but didn't say much in college and in work settings I am the same way, and I have times when I experience severe public speaking anxiety.
