Got your response and decided to start up top. Thanks for the brief bio...I can't imagine the pain of that whole marriage thing...and worse, the family relationships.
I also read your question about the specific meds. Mine was serzone. And low dosages, don't know anything about the ones you named. But I stick to what I said before--find a trauma therapist you can really trust. And develop a supportive community...where your interests lie for sure. Do you have any claimed religion? Church or anything? Even if you're not a believer there are churches (buddhist and christian) that you could visit and feel out whether there might be someone you click with and could trust. I would start in the Roman Catholic church, or check out any of their local charities. You might call your archdiocese and ask about retreat centers or spiritual directors in your area. They're in the phone book (the archdiocese).
I'm glad you're still leaning that direction. But it's a long long haul out of it...especially with some of the stuff you've suffered.
