one of the most useful things you can learn is that you make a choice, your life takes a new shape and that it is all yours. So rather than choosing and regretting, choose, and if things don't go well, FIND THAT SILVER LINING.
Once you get the idea that something happens for a reason - for example, you liked a guy, but he didn't call - maybe that's because, really, it wouldn't have been good for you to be with him. In everything that happens, ask yourself, - what did I learn from this? How did I benefit from this? Even really painful, weeks-without-sleep heartbreak - even that teaches you something. Find it!
