here's an example of what I can do with a resume:

Senior Developer Support Engineer Nice, France 9/00-8/01
· Support representative in Europe, supporting Europe, Israel, Japan and Asia Pacific, working closely with local distributors as well as customers
· Worked directly with customers and distributors in English, French and Japanese
· Provided pre-sales assistance to European sales staff, coordinating company resources and working directly with customers as needed; helped close sales
· Managed customer relationships; in particular, excelled at diffusing crisis situations
· Chosen to establish support presence in European branch based on language, interpersonal and organization skills
Senior Developer Support Engineer Cambridge Massachusetts 6/98- 9/00
· Wrote and modified Win32 based C code for troubleshooting OEM applications and for product training; additional work with MFC and C++
· Created Kdfs, combining registry keys and files to create independently functioning components for embedded NT systems
· Assisted Quality Assurance department when extra help was needed and for special testing of customer issues

· Interacted with developers via email and phone and worked with OEM hardware and software

· Assisted students in computer use including application and operating system questions; assisted in use of VAX email
· Performed troubleshooting, educated lab users in software and hardware concepts

· Book keeping, bill paying, management of company records
· Selected and implemented inventory database
