I guess that has to do with the realisation of the relative possibilities of dreams, and also personal satisfaction, but you're right, that sounds very much like the ideal state for a 4w3 to get into. I think being honest with yourself without slacking off is hard; to get the balance of success and satisfaction.
I figure that actually I'm a 4, and am not the certain on either of my wings, because my life's ambition/healthy moment seems to be contentment and peace for myself without constant meaningless chiding.
