I looked at that author's books -- I had heard of "Wishcraft" before --
The one thing that is different about me now than when I was younger is that now I DO like some financial security; when I was younger, I could have cared less if I had absolutely nothing but the clothes on my back and also had a few grand in credit card debt.
Now, I want certain things, they actually give me freedom. For example, just by putting in the time at this job, I can now get a grand loan if I need it against my 401(K). If I'm still here next Feb-March, the loan eligibility will probably jump to 2 grand, etc. Also, vacation time -- when you get 4 - 5 weeks vacation a year, you have a lot of time to pursue some of your fantasies.
So . . . I do want the structure and security of employment.
It's time to start another great weekend -- hope to hear from you, Rho, and everyone else next week!
