I'm wondering how many other 4s out there experience social anxiety and depression, and to what extent feelings of not belonging/otherness/uniqueness have hampered your ability to navigate through life? I struggle with these - I think my feeling of "otherness" have translated into a feeling of unworthiness and an embarrassment of what I lack when it comes to work and education settings. I was always the one who listened but didn't say much in college and in work settings I am the same way, and I have times when I experience severe public speaking anxiety.

i'm working on my (admittedly self-diagnosed) social anxiety, but i'm a 3w4...that's weird right? but now that i know that what i was having a problem with is actually a psych disorder i'm really getting on it, and am a lot better now cuz i just force myself even when i feel the possibility of embarrassment.
