> Hi,
> Do you find that you procrastinate?

> The fact that you have looked up ADD/ADHD is great by the way!!
> You obviously are wanting to change in a direction that is bearable. You have motivation and are not a lost cause, all right! : )
> Yes, I too smoke and have a ring on my finger that I twirl alot. I can't get comfortable in my seat at times I cross my legs, uncross them, stick one leg out then tap my foot.. etc etc
> I sometimes suspect ADD/ADHD in some people I know because of my research, I've been able to recognize it in others... like yourself for example.

me again,
Do you drink alot of caffine? How about sugar? Do you crave say cookies late at night or have lulls in the day where you feel the need to nap but you have already had your eight hours of sleep?

> These people are smart!! One guy I know is a Career Counsellor who loses everyones files, his car keys, his office is a mess. The other is a close friend and witty... whew witty is an understatement. He is a high profile boss and very ADHD in my opinion. Once again, it's not a bad thing it's who he is and I actually think it has helped him in being so successful.
> Alot of people don't know they have it. They often will suffer needlessly and may often think it is something else like they have bad nerves or are just hyper or lazy. I myself am not hyper. I am laid back.
> I haven't had any compulsive disorders like cleaning my hands as you mentioned but I do know this is common in ADD/ADHD as well.
> Once again, this is a part of who you are and it's alright. Nothing to be ashamed of at all.
