So Atta and crew's main flaw and motivator was that they made too many erroneous generalizations? I'm glad you are so perceptive and were able to clarify that for us - you should write to John Ashcroft.

Personally, I think you need to take a chill pill. DanK's post was exploratory in nature, not critical. He qualified all of his observations with "usually", "most", etc.; he didn't say "always" and "all". He wanted to know what other people's observations were by type.

We all make generalization all the time, because they can be useful, just as they can be misused.
