I said in the first post that Bush was like Hitler. I am not the only one to do so. Protests in France had a pictures of Bush waving(so you can guess what it looked like he was doing) and they had a moustache like Hitler's drawn in. So that's where I got the idea.
It's just that there are some correlations. He has been throwing propaganda at the U.S. people for months. He's main goal has been to start war to get back at the world for Versailles. . .I mean 9/11. . .and Muslims are his Jews(sound stupid it wouldn't if you lived in the middle east). As I have said that's not really my opinion I can just understand those who have come to think so.
But clearly he doesn't have world domination in mind. Well he is not going to annex the places he attacks but is he going to plant U.S. friendly governments in the middle east and use them to farther the very strong U.S. influence over the world.
So basically why I said Bush was like Hitler was to use that as an argument against war now(too late for that). To a large part of the world Bush looks like he is rushing into war. Taking the time to follow the diplomatic path would have helped change that opinion. In my initial post I said that was for effect almost immediately after I wrote it. If I a Canadian who was always very pro U.S. would drop to mild anti-U.S.(it's more of a anti-Bush. That's true for many people worldwide). How would someone who already had some negative U.S. feeling react to Bush's actions. Well just look at the polls now. about 30 percent of Europeans say the like the U.S. that's down from a near 75 percent this time last year
