I'll tell you what I think. I hope you don't mind if I'm blunt and honest. While reading your story, I got the distinct impression that your categorizing this lady as a five was a last ditch effort not to feel rejected. She made you feel rejected and one way to turn it into something less unpleasant is to say to yourself that it isn't that she has rejected you but that she's just showing her personality. Well, I'm a five. If you act AT ALL like you're groveling for her affection (apologzing, etc.) that will kill romantic interest, at this early stage. The best thing to do is NOTHING. Let her make the next move. If she's interested, she'll get anxious or lonely at some point when she doesn't hear back from you. The apolozy will delay that response because she feels overly confident of your interest. I'm sorry.
